October 3-5th, 2014
C’Mon Inn, Bozeman, MT
Since we live in a state like no other, we want our conference to be like nothing else you might attend. Equal parts writing craft, networking with other authors, and close up and personal views of the many facets of our gorgeous state, the Montana RWA Conference aims to send you home with your head so chock full of settings, characters, plots and craft you can barely wait to sit down at your keyboard.
We’re starting on Friday afternoon with what we’re calling the Montana Immersion Experience, a three stop tour that includes Three Forks Saddlery, the historic Sacajawea Hotel, and Summit Air Ambulance service.
Saturday morning we’ll buckle down to the serious business of writing, with an agenda packed with information vital to authors, ample opportunity to interact with the presenters, and plenty of time to chat with the other attendees.
BREAKING NEWS: We have just added the amazing Margie Lawson to our roster of presenters! If you’re at that point where you aren’t sure why your books aren’t breaking through to the next level, you do NOT want to miss this opportunity to see Margie in person.
And just to add one last dash of awesomeness– free critiques will be available to attendees as part of their conference registration fee. Whether you’re a newbie looking for solid feedback or a seasoned pro who wants to test drive the services of a professional freelance editor, this could be an extremely valuable fifteen minutes.
Saturday evening we’re off to a cowboy barbecue, real live cowboys included.
Then Sunday morning we’ll gather all of our presenters and attendees together for a round table discussion of business, craft and whatever other subjects are front and foremost in the minds of our group.
Early Registration Ends August 30th: Hurry to reserve your spot for the fascinating experiences we have in store for you in and around Bozeman, MT on October 3-5th, 2014.
